Member Roundtable: Driving Market Change Through Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration
On Monday, July 18, Civitas Networks for Health hosted the second session in our Member Roundtable series on multi-stakeholder impact, featuring Civitas member organization Stratis Health. At this event, we learned from Civitas Networks for Health member organization Stratis Health during the second in our series of Member Roundtables highlighting multi-stakeholder work to drive change. During the Roundtable, Stratis shared about two key initiatives:
- Their leadership of cross-sector efforts to move Minnesota toward a shared resource referral approach between health care and community organizations. This new approach will establish a Guiding Council of payer, health care and community organizations with a technology solutions component.
- Convening and providing longstanding support to the health plans which participate in Minnesota’s state public programs. Stratis serves as the project manager to support performance improvement projects, one of which, Healthy Start, is focused on reducing disparities in maternal and child health.
If you missed the event, or would like to revisit materials, presentation slides and a recording are now available!
