Member Webinar with HealthTech Solutions and North Dakota Health Information Network

Member Roundtable: Driving Market Change Through Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration

On Wednesday, June 29, Civitas member organizations HealthTech Solutions and North Dakota Health Information Network presented on the collaboration between their organizations and the progress, successes and lessons learned from this partnership.

The relationship between North Dakota Health Information Network (NDHIN) and HealthTech Solutions (HTS) is a result of an RFP from the State of North Dakota/NDHIN seeking assistance to implement their Five-Year Business Plan, or “Expansion Project,” which was focused on two overall objectives:

  1. An upgrade to the NDHIN Platform vendor’s newest product, Amadeus, with new services such as Care Coordination, Population Health/Analytics and Utilization Reports, as well as an enhanced Clinical Portal.
  2. Expanded outreach and technical onboarding to further NDHIN’s footprint across the state, including increasing data contribution (volume and diversity) to enhance the value proposition to current and potential participating providers.

HealthTech Solutions has supported outreach activities and technical onboarding expertise to assist with interoperability between the HIE and provider electronic health records, in addition to subject matter expertise for sustainability efforts, public health interoperability and care coordination.
