Collaboratives in Action: Building on Existing Infrastructure to Further Health Related Social Needs Screening
Thank you to all who attended our Collaboratives in Action event on Thursday, May 23. During the event, an expert panel discussed how states are leveraging critical Health Information Exchange (HIE) infrastructure to address increased requirements for health-related social needs screening. This presentation featured two states and brought forward important national perspectives. Speakers included:
