We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Collaboratives in Action event, Data-Driven Partnerships: SHARE HIE & Community Quality Alliance Leading the Way in Collaborative Health care Transformation hosted by Civitas Networks for Health on Thursday, August 29th, from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. ET.
Event Description: Northwest Arkansas is witnessing a transformative shift in health care facilitated by a strategic partnership between Arkansas State Health Alliance for Records Exchange (SHARE) and Community Quality Alliance (CQA) clinically integrated network (CIN). Embracing value-based care models, exemplified by the Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO, the alliance leverages the SHARE HIE as a data utility for seamless data connectivity among five hospitals, seven emergency departments, 550 providers, 130 clinics, and more than 30 EMRs. Notably, CQA’s efforts have yielded over $25 million in savings since 2016, facilitated by streamlined data exchange and reduced interface costs. HL7/CCDA standards set the benchmark for the CIN’s population health analytics. This collaboration sets a new standard for effective health information management, improving patient care and operational efficiency.
