DESCRIPTION:Community Information Exchanges (CIEs) have emerged as critical infrastructure for coordinating care across healthcare\, public health\, and community-based organizations. This session highlights how states and communities are designing sustainable\, trusted CIEs through collaborative governance\, community engagement\, and privacy-first data sharing. Speakers from Michigan\, Washington\, and Illinois will share lessons learned from developing statewide coordinating entity standards\, co-designing CIE programs with community stakeholders\, and translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical governance\,consent\, and data-sharing frameworks.
