Industry Event – CMS Health Equity Conference

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, CMS, will host the inaugural CMS Health Equity Conference on June 7 - 8, 2023. CMS invites the submission of presentation proposals. Authors of the selected proposals will be invited to present their research on a topic-specific panel and in the poster gallery at the conference.

Civitas Speaking Engagement | The Future of Interoperability: Is it the Health Data Utility Model?

Lisa Bari, CEO of Civitas Networks for Health, will be a panelist at this event. Our state’s investment in health data infrastructure through the CalHHS Data Exchange Framework and CalAIM initiatives could improve health and health equity for generations of Californians. But this is achievable only if all providers across the care continuum – small and large, rural and urban – can seamlessly exchange health information for all Californians, including the most vulnerable who rely on Medi-Cal, Medicare, and public health support.
