The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, CMS, will host the inaugural CMS Health Equity Conference on June 7 - 8, 2023. CMS invites the submission of presentation proposals. Authors of the selected proposals will be invited to present their research on a topic-specific panel and in the poster gallery at the conference.

Our state’s investment in health data infrastructure through the CalHHS Data Exchange Framework and CalAIM initiatives could improve health and health equity for generations of Californians. But this is achievable only if all providers across the care continuum – small and large, rural and urban – can seamlessly exchange health information for all Californians, including the most vulnerable who rely on Medi-Cal, Medicare, and public health support.
