Civitas 2026 Annual Conference Call for Proposals Information Session

Civitas Networks for Health, is pleased to announce the opening of the Call for Proposals (CFP) on February 25, 2026.  

This live information session will provide tips for developing a strong proposal and explain the new submission‑portal process.

The Civitas Networks for Health 2026 Annual Conference, hosted in collaboration with our Mid-Atlantic Host Committee, will take place September 22–24, in Crystal City, VA.


Civitas 2025 Annual Conference Call for Proposals Information Session

Civitas Networks for Health, in partnership with 211 San Diego, is pleased to announce the opening of the Call for Proposals (CFP) for the 2025 Civitas Annual Conference on February 26, 2025. The event is set to take place September 28-30, 2025, in Anaheim, California. Convening under the annual theme, “Bridging Data and Doing,” the conference will bring together 700+ attendees to explore how data-driven solutions are transforming health care, public health, and social care ecosystems.

Last year Civitas received over 150 proposals which were carefully reviewed with the support of a member-led selection committee – 45 proposals were eventually selected, showcasing the competitive proposal process. To support potential speakers and proposal development, Civitas will host a Call for Proposals Info Session on February 24 at 2 p.m. ET, providing an overview of the submission process, key criteria, and best practices for crafting a strong proposal.
