November 2025 Network News

Thank you to everyone who joined our final Network News of 2025. Below is a recap of key updates and announcements. For those who missed it or would like to review, materials from the webinar are now available at the buttons below.

      • Introducing the Civitas 2026 Board of Directors: We were pleased to introduce our new Board for 2026. You can read more here.
      • 2026 Membership Renewal Timeline: If your organization hasn’t yet submitted your renewal form, please do so as soon as possible. If you have questions, please contact us at . Here’s what to expect:
        • November 2025: Upon form submission, Civitas will generate your invoice and send it to the financial and primary contacts listed.
        • January 31, 2026: All membership invoices are due.
      • 2025 Member Satisfaction Survey Results: We received responses from 129 individuals across 84 member organizations—representing 56% of our membership. Survey highlights:
        • 93% overall satisfaction
        • 98.2% renewal intent for 2026
        • Notable increases in satisfaction across member engagement, the Civitas conference, and overall programming.
      • *New* Civitas Member LinkedIn Group: We’ve launched a private LinkedIn group exclusively for Civitas members. This space was created in response to member feedback and is intended to foster connection, knowledge sharing, and peer-to-peer support. Request to join here. Content will kick off in December!
      • 2026 Network News Schedule: Starting in February 2026, Network News webinars will shift to an every-other-month cadence. This change is based on feedback from the 2025 Satisfaction Survey. Register for the 2026 series here.
      • Civitas Program Updates:
        • Public Health Data Sets Survey (RWJF Grant): This RWJF grant officially kicked off on November 1, 2025, and a survey was sent to Civitas members and members of the State Health Technology Commons to assess the impact of removing federal webpages containing public health data. The survey will close this coming Friday (November 21).
        • DEMo Working Sessions: The DEMo program team convened on November 18 to present the outcomes of a series of working sessions initiated in September 2025. These results will guide the development of a FHIR Questionnaire and Implementation Guide.
        • Patient Centered Data Home (PCDH): Ongoing engagement efforts are underway with non-participating HIEs.
        • HDU Steering Council: Launched in October 2025 in partnership with the Consortium for State and Regional Interoperability (CSRI), this group will convene regularly starting in January 2026.
        • Gravity Standards in New York: Civitas continues to provide technical assistance to NYeC on Gravity Project implementation.
      • Lastly, thank you to J2 Interactive and InterSystems for your presentations highlighting the important work you do. We appreciated hearing from you both.
