We are thrilled to invite you to our first Collaboratives in Action event of the year hosted by Civitas Networks for Health on Thursday, May 23 from 3:00 – 4:30 pm ET. In this session, an expert panel will examine how states are leveraging critical Health Information Exchange (HIE) infrastructure to address increased requirements for health-related social needs screening. This presentation will feature two states and bring forward national perspective as well. Speakers include:
- David Kendrick, CEO of MyHealth Access in Okahoma
- Sam Thompson, Executive Director of North Carolina Health Information Exchange Authority, and Kathryn Horneffer, Monitoring and Evaluation Lead with the NC Department of Health and Human Services
- Jessica Little, Vice President of Business Development and Programs with Civitas Networks for Health who will share important national perspective and key insights from the Gravity Project.
We will discuss how these initiatives are empowering Medicaid partners with access to more comprehensive data and enabling informed decisions for whole-person care. Please mark your calendars and join us for this informative session. We look forward to your participation in this exciting event.
