Task Force Webinar: Effective Patient Engagement for Complex Populations

On September 15 from 2 – 3 pm ET, the Task Force is hosting a webinar featuring Lauren Barca, Vice President of Quality at 86Borders, on effective patient engagement strategies for complex patient populations. 86Borders is a technology-enabled patient engagement organization that helps health plans reach the hardest-to-reach members. In partnership with locally based care coordinators, they outreach and engage patients to deliver measurable results such as completing screenings, closing gaps in care, and improving people’s health outcomes.

During this webinar, Ms. Barca will discuss 86Borders’ patient engagement approach, share lessons learned from working with hard-to-reach populations, and highlight practical strategies that health care organizations can apply to improve member engagement. We will close with participant questions and discussion.
